  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of a two year degree in clerical/office management or one year experience
  • 80-90% fluency in oral and written English
  • 100% fluency in oral and written Spanish
  • Basic computer literacy: Typing, Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel), Outlook

  • Publication, reception and verification of candidates.
  • Administration of all personnel files
  • Registration and follow up of staff development.
  • Client service.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Head
  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
  • Contribute to school/public relations by prompt and courteous handling of inquiries and visitors. 



  • Schedule 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Open schedule availability when needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and style that contributes to the overall public relations of the school.
  • Maintain a groomed and neat professional appearance.
  • Use of complete uniform is mandatory. 
  • English usage is expected at all times in school premises (except for outside calls).
  • Carry out all duties in a professional, cooperative, and courteous manner.
  • Remain respectful and polite in speech, tone, and actions under all circumstances.
