
The school is located on 7 acres in residential south Monterrey, called San Pedro, one of the best residential areas of the city 10 minutes to downtown Monterrey, 40 minutes to the International Airport.

Since its construction in 1970 Colegio Inglés Campus San Agustín has developed into a top class facility where our Preschool and Lower Elementary students learn and grow every day. Its fully equipped classrooms have everything they need to make the most out of their learning experience, the various and wide recreational areas let them explore and play in a safe and nature friendly environment.
Inaugurated in 2006, the Encino Campus is the perfect example of technology at the service of education. Besides its architectonic beauty, the Encino Campus offers our Upper Elementary and Middle School Students access to state of the art facilities that provide a learning, practice and research environment, such as our Sci-Tech Labs one of a kind in Latin America. Its recreational and sports facilities were also strategically designed to meet international standards, offering our students the opportunity to practice their favorite sport to its fullest.


In this present school year there is an enrollment of 1,718 students, with an average size class of 26 students.


Our school recruits teachers who hold a BA degree in Education, Psychology or in any Humanistic field. We seek teachers with a strong academic background which demonstrate a deep personal concern for each student's academic, emotional and social growth.


The school requires all teachers to participate in our year-round In-Service training Program, which is held during and after school hours, so the performance of all teachers will meet Colegio Inglés standards. As part of the professional development program Colegio Inglés offers a three week induction and orientation program for the new school year. Co-Curricular Program Co-curricular activities are an important part of school life, support the curriculum with a different methodology and effect, and have an education purpose. Through these clubs, students develop personal qualities and form alliances and friendships. In addition, the TEACHER agrees to participate in 6 hours of co-curricular activities are offered to students in the following areas after classes resume: Sports (Track & Field, Basketball, Football - not for Overseas Hired International Teachers) Drama, music, art and cultural clubs science, math United Nations.
