Co-Curricular Activities

Athletics

Our athletic program and facilities are specifically designed to address our students’ range of interests and needs.  Colegio Inglés offers a variety of interscholastic, intramural, and recreational sports. The main objective of the sports program is for all our students to develop a sense of belonging and teamwork, encouraging students to practice sports at an early age.

Soccer

In any of their categories, girls from 4th to 9th grade and boys from KII to 9th grade, our brilliant soccer teams are strong, fast, and always make us proud wherever they go. The excellence they have achieved over the years reflects the solid training they follow and their constant participation in important local, national, and international competitions.

Basketball

Our KII-9th grade basketball program grows stronger each year. Our dedicated boys and girls participate in important local, state, and national competitions, achieving excellent results and highlighting the values ​​that identify us as Mustangs.

Track & Field

Colegio Inglés’ track and field team has become a firm representative of our Mustangs spirit. The amazing achievements made over the years are the perfect example of discipline and teamwork. This season the team is open to students from 1st – 9th grade.

Talent Center

The Talent Center provides opportunities for students to discover, experience, and build on their talents and interests. Students may register for after-school activities such as fine arts, robotics, chess, yoga, and dancing classes, among others. Activities and schedules for the school year are available in August on Welcome Back Day.

Clubs

Teachers guide Elementary and Middle School students interested in after-school activities that complement classroom experiences. These free-of-charge clubs offer an enjoyable atmosphere to apply academic and social skills that strengthen school spirit. Events, closing activities, and expositions are scheduled with previous notice.

Academies

Students from KI through 9th grade are invited to participate in co-curricular activities during the afternoons. Outsourced by prestigious local academies offer varied courses such as fine arts, robotics, chess, and dancing classes, among others. Closing activities and expositions are scheduled with previous notice.

Since December 2005, we are proudly accredited by CIS. The CIS accreditation granted to our school has helped in fostering excellence through an international peer review. The accreditation has also provided recognition for delivering high quality programs which are centered on our school’s objectives, while adhering to and meeting the demanding standards of CIS.

Since December 2005, we are proudly accredited by NEASC. This accreditation guarantees our school’s high quality and integrity. The accreditation indicates that we have conducted a rigorous, comprehensive self-assessment of our institution, and have hosted a visiting team of peer reviewers to evaluate and validate our school’s alignment with the standards of NEASC.
