San Agustín Campestre, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Zip Code 66270 and web page address www.cingles.edu.mx, aware of the importance of the confidentiality and security of the treatment of personal data provided willfully and voluntarily by the parents during their children’s admission process, establishes the commitment to protect its privacy and comply with the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data held by Private Entities.

NOTICE DESCRIPTION

The terms used in this privacy notice (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) shall have the definition assigned by the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data held by Private Entities, published in the Federal Official Gazette on July 5, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), with express exception of those which are defined herein. This Notice specifies the type of data that Colegio Inglés collects, the purposes for which it performs its treatment, as well as the rights its owner has thereto.

PERSONAL DATA

For purposes of this privacy notice, we may collect your personal data through several means: when it is provided directly by you through the Admission Application, when visiting our website, and when we obtain information through other means permitted by law. We may collect one, some, or all of the following personal data: full name, gender, address, phone number, family or contact data, academic skills and behavior, health information, psychologic information, and financial information. DATA TREATMENT

The personal data may be treated and used by Colegio Inglés to carry out some or all activities related with the compliance of the obligations derived from the contractual and/or commercial relationship originating and/or resulting from the rendering of the services. The personal data will be used for the following purposes: Provide education to students, perform activities for the development of the student and provide diverse services to the student, such as: transportation, cafeteria services, medical attention if needed, participation with other educational institutions, school sport leagues, extracurricular academies, activities and events, media, socioeconomic studies for scholarship applications, year books, APAFCI (Colegio Inglés Parent’s Association), web page, internal portal, Colegio Inglés application, and social media (facebook, youtube, instagram, twiter, etc. ) among others.

DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

Colegio Inglés may transfer personal data it has received, collected, may receive and/or collect. The transfer of such data is limited to those acts, facts or procedures that the Colegio Inglés requires to implement in order to be compliant with its legal, contractual, regulatory and commercial obligations in the ordinary course of its operations. Therefore, the data may be shared with government entities, competent authorities, other educational institutions in the country or abroad, services suppliers such as: transportation, travel agencies, cafeteria services, medical attention if needed, accident and civil liability insurance companies, school sport leagues, extracurricular academies, activities and events, media, socioeconomic studies for scholarship applications, year books, APAFCI (Colegio Inglés Parent’s Association), among others.

COOKIES

Cookies are files downloaded automatically and stored in the user´s computer when browsing the internet, which allows it to remember certain user’s data, among, page visualization preferences, name, and password. DATA ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OBJECTION (ARCO RIGHTS)

Granting consent in relation to the data provided, same that shall form part of a file, user is obliged to maintain its personal data updated, in order for Colegio Inglés to be in conditions to provide an efficient and effective service. These data is subjected to safety copies and therefore, the total and definitive suppression of the user’s personal data it is not all possible due to the records that shall be saved legally in an institutional file, such as: school file, tax, etc.
You have the right to access your personal data which we hold and to the treatment or processing details, as well as to rectify them in case of inconsistencies or request to us its cancellation or object to the treatment of such specific means.

Depending on the type of requested modification, there may be an impossibility for Gava Educacional, S.C., Colegio Inglés, to continue supporting during the academic development of the student or holder, such resolutions shall be informed properly.

MODIFICATION TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

Colegio Inglés reserves the right to review and updated this Privacy Notice at any moment if legal provisions require it to do so. In the event of any modifications made to this notice, it will be communicated via e-mail and published online on our website, www.cingles.edu.mx. The user is responsible to read periodically this document to surveil its correct compliance according to legal provisions in force.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF INFORMATION

According to the provisions set forth by articles 8 and 9 of the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data held by Private Entities, we request your express consent to process your sensitive, personal, and financial data, for which we request your acceptance or non- conformity for such processing.
