What we are and do…
Today’s Colegio Inglés’ students live and interact in an increasingly globalized society. They will soon encounter opportunities and confront challenges at an international level, and will be expected to resolve problems that reach beyond borders and extend across cultures and languages. Consequently, it is essential that our students acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values that will allow them to transfer the ethics, habits of mind, critical thinking skills, research strategies, and technology concepts and tools to opportunities and challenges with confidence and competence.
It is for this reason that Colegio Inglés supports 21st century learners by building knowledge in a safe, secure, and technology-rich learning environment, and by adhering to national and international academic standards under an intercultural framework, developing students as global citizens.
Global Citizenship
For Colegio Inglés, Global Citizenship means: “Recognize the interconnectedness among people, societies, and global environments.” Our responsibility and contribution is developed through real-life intercultural experiences which deepen students’ understanding of the world and their place in it.

Timeline
Our Beginning
In 1970, a group of visionary professionals with a diverse set of specializations founded Colegio Inglés.
Their mission was to offer an innovative approach to a co-ed bilingual education, immersing students in an environment that would allow them to communicate and learn in both English and Spanish. Since then, Colegio Inglés has evolved in response to the changing needs of its students.
