Student Support Services
The Student Support Program (SSP) serves the needs of students with unique and diverse learning styles. Psychologists and academic specialists support students, teachers, and parents. Student support includes assessment and an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) to facilitate academic and social growth.
The active participation of parents in their child’s education is the most significant motivating factor in the development of behavior, intellectual, and personal skills. School-home collaboration is fundamental in taking full advantage of the support services.
SSP assists students in the different areas:
- Fine and gross motor development
- Orientation to time and space
- Academic area
- Emotional stability and social skills
- Adaptation in case of new students
- Basic English and Basic Spanish for international students
